Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Rooted Feminine Wellness website and your participation in any care, mentorship, training, workshop, immersion or digital offering provided by Rooted Feminine Wellness.
By purchasing or participating in an offering, you agree to these Terms.
Payment & Cancellation
Your place in an offering is confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received.
Where a payment plan is selected, you are committing to the full cost of the offering rather than purchasing individual instalments.
Unless otherwise stated in your individual agreement, deposits and payments are non-refundable. Choosing to withdraw or no longer participate does not automatically cancel remaining payments.
Nature of the Work
Rooted Feminine Wellness offers women’s bodywork, education and mentorship.
Our work is complementary in nature and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or care from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
All hands-on care is undertaken with consent. You may decline, modify or stop any practice or form of touch at any time.
Personal Responsibility
Participation in our offerings is voluntary.
You remain responsible for your own choices, wellbeing and participation and are encouraged to communicate your needs and limits throughout the work.
We may modify, postpone or decline bodywork where we believe another form of care would be more appropriate.
Results
Every woman and body is different. We do not promise or guarantee any particular physical, emotional or personal outcome from our work.
Any testimonials or experiences shared through Rooted Feminine Wellness represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of results.
Trainings
Rooted Feminine Wellness trainings provide education in our approach to traditional women’s care and bodywork.
Students remain responsible for practising within their own competence, insurance, professional scope and the requirements of the country in which they work.
Confidentiality + Group Privacy
The privacy of the women within this space is deeply important.
Anything personally shared by another participant within a group, training, mentorship, call or in-person gathering is to be treated as confidential and should not be repeated outside of that space.
Participants may not record, screenshot, photograph, copy, quote or share another participant’s personal experiences, stories or identifying information without their explicit permission.
Conduct & Respect
Rooted Feminine Wellness is committed to maintaining spaces that are respectful, safe and supportive for everyone involved.
Disrespectful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing or otherwise inappropriate behaviour toward the practitioner, team members or other participants will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to set boundaries, discontinue communication, end a session or remove a participant from an offering where their conduct compromises the integrity or safety of the space.
Where participation is ended due to a serious breach of these expectations, this does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund or release them from an agreed payment plan.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, recordings, written resources, practices, frameworks and educational materials provided by Rooted Feminine Wellness are for your personal use unless otherwise stated.
They may not be reproduced, distributed, sold or used to create another training or commercial offering without written permission.
