The energy, time & love poured into my work, programmes and sessions is huge, therefore is ask each Woman to read the below regarding commitment to session blocks, programmes or workshops.

Refunds

When you commit to a journey, programme or experience with me, this is a massive choice, a yes from you, a sacred commitment.

It is also energetic and physical preparation for me to welcome you either into my home for private care or the online spaces that I facilitate.

Understanding that under any circumstance, this is a non-refundable payment, as time, energy and resources go into you after this payment.

Sessions

If for any reason you do not show up to your session without notice or communication, unless of extenuating circumstances your payment is not transferrable to another date.

If you need to change or shift your session that is no problem, just give me a few days notice so I can offer your slot to another sister waiting for an appointment with me.

Contracts & Honouring your commitment

If you are paying via a payment plan, you will be set up on a subscription payment that will take the payment from your account on a consecutive date, when you sign up via the portal this your contract, honour this as I honour you. if you are having difficulty paying, please just communicate with me and I can see how I can support you.

Cancellations

If you are signed up to a workshop or event and it gets cancelled you will receive a full refund, or if you like you can transfer the credit towards a future session or workshop.
